This is his second time I've used Kelly roofing. Once for some patchwork after Ian and now we could just my roof got struck by lightning. Overall, very professional job and dedicated team of people. They keep you informed every step of the way with emails and photographs. Jobsite clean up was excellent and the people were highly respectful of the property. Price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Kelly Roofing!
Our tile roof replacement was just completed and we are so glad we chose Kelly Roofing. Roof looks great, communication throughout the process was excellent. No more leaks- hooray! Supervisors (Frank for tear off phase and Luis for installation phase) were excellent to work with, and Carolina in the operations department did a great job with scheduling and answering questions. I am so pleased with the process and repair of my roof. Kelly Roofing has great office personnel that take the stress out of things. The installation team was professional and made the installation in very timely manner, cleaned everything up and took pictures of the completed project. The job was to install baffles to prevent wind driven rain like we experienced with Hurricane IAN. Absolutely recommend them.

We had Kelly Roofing for some repairs a few years ago, after another contractor told us we needed a whole new roof. Problem solved. When we had the roof washed recently, the cleaner suggested we have some areas checked. We immediately called Kelly. They came right out and did a thorough inspection with photos. The issues can be fixed with minor repairs. The workers are clean and courteous. Everybody from Kelly has been excellent about status updates and communication. I would highly recommend them.
I contacted Kelly Roofing to do some repairs my insurance company wanted done. They came out for an inspection, showed me exactly what needed to be repaired, and repaired just that. One of the best experiences that I've had with any company communication wise and I have a background in the construction industry, this type of communication with their emails keeping you updated every step of the way never happens! Not only that the representative showed up about 30-45 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment time and once I accepted the quote he told me they would be out there in a week to week and a half, they called me before that and got someone out here to get the job done sooner. The manager for the job called me after to make sure all was good before the invoice was sent. I will definitely recommend Kelly Roofing and use them again in the future!
