Kelly Roofing was contracted by Dennis & Irene, of Naples, Florida to repair a tile roof leak.   Kelly Roofing was asked to assess an ongoing roof leak, and to do and overall roof inspection. At the completion of the inspection it was assessed that improper wall flashing and lack of valley metal flashing was a major cause for the leak.  This is one of the most common calls a roof receives for tile roof repairs.  Kelly and the repair team removed all the materials in the problem areas and rebuilt the wall flashing and valley detail.
