Kelly Roofing began the tear off of the old shingle roof for the Chema residence, in Naples, Florida. During the tear off supervisor Richard spoke to Marylin and she said “after my experience with Eileen and the customer service I received, I did not even bother taking another bid. I have two separate properties and I have contracted Kelly Roofing to Re-roof both of my homes, with metal. Kelly Roofing recently completed the installation of Mr. Guida’s, New Shingle Roof in Naples, Florida. Mr. Guida told Kelly Roofing that “although I had contacted three roofers and received three estimates with very competitive pricing I chose Kelly Roofing, because I felt you would do the best job. Tile Roof Repair Estimate, Naples, Florida

Mr. Porter of Naples, Florida requested a free estimate from Kelly Roofing to repair his tile roof. Eileen conducted a follow up survey with Mr. Porter about his experience with Project Manager Jeremy. This is what Mr. Porter had to say “Jeremy could not have been better. I received a written estimate with a full explanation and was very pleased. If the work is as good as the presentation then you have a permanent customer who will gladly refer”. Customer Satisfaction, Bonita Springs, Florida

Eileen made a follow up call to Mrs. Yeung of Bonita Springs, Florida, to thank her for her signed proposal. Eileen proceeded to tell Mrs. Yeung that Kelly Roofing was very happy, to once again serve her as customer. Over the past few years Mrs. Yeung has used Kelly Roofing to either repair or replace the roofs on many of her rental properties as well as replacing her tile roof. When speaking to Eileen today, she gratefully spoke of how professional Kelly Roofing was, as well as how important she felt as a customer. She told Eileen “I have many houses but, only need one roofer. Kelly Roofing! Thank you.

Metal Roof Repair, Bonita Springs, Florida

Mrs. Brooks of Bonita Springs, Florida contracted Kelly Roofing to remove and replace some of the rusted roof panel on her 5-V Crip Metal Roof System. She told Kelly roofing that her 18 year old roof system was solid and had no leaks but, because she was selling the house, though it might help enhance eye appeal. At the completion of the job she called Kelly Roofing to say “Thank you so much for getting the work done so quickly. I contacted several roofers and got the feeling they weren’t interested. Tile Roof Repair, Bonita Springs, Florida

Kelly Roofing was recently contracted by Mr. Vallanti, of Bonita Springs to repair a leak coming from the exhaust vent over his kitchen. Mr. Vallanti was referred to Kelly Roofing by his friend. He contacted two roofers and received two estimates. It was concluded that the exposed, unsealed flashing was causing the leak. He chose Kelly Roofing because he felt Kelly would to the best job. At the completion of the vent repair on his tile roof Mr. Vallanti wrote to Kelly Roofing to say ”thank you for a great job. Your crew was great and your company is very professional.
